Shane Soutar’s background in motorsport, which includes multiple championship titles in the Australian Road Racing Sidecar Championship and a Top 5 finish in the World Sidecar Championship, laid the foundation for the team. With years of hands-on involvement, his experience spans everything from both motorcycle and car preparation and mechanical development to race-day execution. Shane’s approach has always been practical and detail-focused, understanding that success in motorsport is earned through consistency, knowledge, and countless hours behind the scenes.

Following closely in Shane's footsteps, Zac Soutar developed his own path in racing from a young age. Growing up immersed in the environment, Zac gained early experience on track and in the workshop, building both his driving ability and technical understanding. His progression through the ranks, including victories in both the Australian Formula Ford and TCR Australia Championships as what was then a privateer entry, reflects a strong commitment to improvement and a competitive mindset shaped by real-world racing experience.

Together, Shane and Zac combine experience and ambition — blending knowledge gained over years in the sport with a drive to keep pushing forward.
